Year by year as the standard of the internet improves, Digimix Records digital releases (single tracks and albums) are being presented at higher and sharper levels of quality to compare to or aurally equal the CD.

MP3 is a highly compressed format but a 320Meg song stream can still appear large on a 512Meg broadband connection and on dial-up you cannot expect to transfer more than around 1 meg in 4 minutes.

Most of our download stores recommend that for full album downloads you should make sure your system and connection are able to handle the the amount of data required to piped down to you.

A broadband Internet connection is recommended for digital downloads, but you can download via dial up but the download speed will be much slower.
